Very clean room, hostess is very kind and accommodating. Weekly rate is excellent, >$300. Large refrigerator and freezer, a microwave and good sized TV. If you’re working one of the plants this is the place to be.

Inexpensive clean place quiet usually tv warm water for showers microwave in room a place to do laundry nice people that mostly leave you alone clean towels and bedding nice for a one or two night stay
Free wifi for guests, and fresh towels and linens for the next guest. Cheapest prices but I would rank it 5 stars in the overall hospitality and you will no doubt have top quality stay and paying less than any other motel rooms
It was super cheap, clean, free of bed bugs and everything was great, until it came time to check out. I arrived and checked into my room at 4:30 in the morning, then got a call from the front desk at 11:30 am saying checkout was half an hour past and I had to leave. Checkout time had not been discussed or even anywhere present during the time checking into the room and I had only been there for about 6 hours.
Nice & peaceful, I recommend everyone to try out the motel for a good night's rest. A/C, Flat screen cable TV, WiFi, ice machine, Laundry, soft conture mattress beds. Woke feeling like I was in the Bahamas just without the beach and palm trees. Lol ... Under 50 bucks it's nice.

UPDATE: Made another trip to Borger and chose to stay here again. This family is obviously working hard to improve the place. Our room was even nicer than before and it was obvious they had done some work. Great price, super friendly people and an absolutely satisfying stay. This is a budget hotel but clean and comfortable. Owners are especially accommodating and hardworking. Great for the price.
I work all over the US and am in motels more than I'd like, so I've seen it all, but I am here now and have nothing but good to say. It's family owned and operated, their weekly rate is amazing, the rooms are small but extremely clean and comfortable. The owners go above and beyond to accommodate. The mini fridge isn't tiny and holds a week of groceries at a time easily. They allow me to cook in the room and even supply me with dish rags for my dishes. My wife mails me packages here with no issues. I give 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ where I'm sure others might give 1 or 2. But without a doubt, if I could find a place of such everywhere I went...it is where I would stay. If your a traveling worker, it's a goto. If your vacationing with the family...it's probably not for you
